What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extreme care in packaging our ceramics using specialized protective materials. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days via premium carriers to ensure safe arrival.
Are your ceramic items microwave and dishwasher safe?
While many of our functional pieces are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing and avoiding the microwave for our decorative collectibles and gold-accented items to preserve their finish.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product for a full replacement or refund.
