At Blue Sky Clayworks, we want you to be completely delighted with your handcrafted ceramic treasures. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the ceramics in their original gift box and shipping carton using the original protective materials to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your provided return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
